By following these steps, you can prevent and resolve potential problems, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your customers.

  • Ensure you are using the latest version of PHP.
  • Verify that you have the latest version of MySQL, MariaDB, or your own database.
  • Confirm you are using the latest version of WordPress.
  • Check if you have installed the latest version of Discountify.
  • Make sure the correct time and date format is set in WordPress.
  • Test if the date and time formats are functioning correctly by checking post saving times.
  • Verify that your hosting has sufficient space for uploading images, videos, and other media items.
  • Ensure that your uploads and other folders have the appropriate write permissions.
  • Review the WordPress Health Report by navigating to Admin Dashboard > Tools > Site Health to identify potential issues.
  • Check the Discountify settings page for any potential misconfigurations.
  • Inspect the browser console for JavaScript issues and check again after disabling all browser extensions.
